Join The team

Orange Thread LIVE is a Nashville-based corporate AV and event production company founded in 2008. We produce corporate conferences, general sessions, national sales meetings, and multi-day events for some of the country’s most recognized brands and organizations.

We are a people-first company built on five core values: Teamwork, Distinction, Excellence, Simplicity, and Service. We over Me is not a slogan — it is how we operate every day, on every show, with every client. Our crew is our product. We invest in the people who carry our standard into every room we enter.

We own all of our equipment across audio, video, LED, and lighting, which means our team works with gear they know intimately and takes full ownership of every show they touch. No blame. No shortcuts. No accepting ordinary as good enough.

If you are looking for a place to grow your craft, be part of a team that holds itself to an uncommon standard, and do work that actually matters to the clients you serve — we want to hear from you.
